About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance & Operations to oversee financial planning, business performance, and operational efficiency within a growing financial technology and digital commerce organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and regular performance reviews.
- Monitor operating expenses, revenue trends, cash flow, and financial results.
- Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and operational performance.
- Prepare financial reports and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Work with department heads to align budgets with business priorities.
- Review operational processes and recommend practical improvements.
- Support investment decisions through financial analysis and business-case development.
- Maintain effective financial controls and ensure appropriate spending oversight.
- Monitor key performance indicators and track progress against business goals.
- Lead and support finance and operations team members.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Significant experience in finance, financial planning, business operations, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost management.
- Experience supporting senior leadership with financial analysis and business decisions.
- Familiarity with financial systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, internal controls, and performance measurement.
- Experience in financial technology, digital commerce, software, or another technology-driven industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation package: $350,000–$420,000 USD annually
